1. Who we are

Retailotc SEO Reports is provided by Retailotc, Australia, at retailotc.com. Contact: admin@retailotc.com

2. Information we access

When a Retailotc team member authorises Retailotc SEO Reports with their own Google account, we access, read-only:

• Google Search Console performance data: clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position by page and search query. This uses read-only Search Console access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly).
• Google Ads Keyword Planner data: keyword ideas, average monthly searches, competition and bid ranges. This uses Google Ads API access for Keyword Planner research (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords).

We do not create or change campaigns, bids, budgets or account settings, and we do not modify any Search Console property. This service is not offered to the public.

3. How we use it

We use this data only to generate keyword research and search performance reports and recommendations for Retailotc's clients and Retailotc's own websites. We make no other use of it.

4. How we store and protect it

• Access tokens and credentials are kept in access-controlled secret storage with restricted access.
• Reports (CSV or dashboard data) are kept in private storage that only Retailotc team members and the relevant client can access.
• No credentials appear in public code or on this website.

5. Client portal

Retailotc also runs a private client portal at retailotc.com. Retailotc creates each client's page; clients cannot self-register. We store the client's name, an optional login email address, billing email addresses, website and contact details, a record of the work we do for them (for example document reviews, a task board and sprint plans, records of time spent, meeting notes, objectives and checklists, files, photos and links we share with them, and invoices, which we may email to the client's billing addresses or make available through a private link), and any notes or comments they or we write. A client page can also exist without a login, in which case it is visible only to Retailotc. Clients sign in with a one-time code sent to their email address, and can see only their own page. This information is stored in Cloudflare's database and is used only to deliver and record our services. It is separate from the Google user data described above. To have a client page deleted, email admin@retailotc.com.

6. Sharing

We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties. Only Retailotc team members and the client a report concerns can see the data or report, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Retailotc SEO Reports' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as needed to provide reports. You can revoke access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you can ask us to delete stored data by emailing admin@retailotc.com.
